Cancellations

Pre-orders:
If the style shows a “pre-order” with date on description or size option, this means the item is not in stock, but on order. Once the order is placed, your credit card is charged immediately. If you decide to cancel you will incur a $20 processing fee.

Items In stock but cancelled:
If Item in stock and ready to ship and you decide to cancel an order you will incur a $10 processing fee.

Items out of stock and cancelled:
If Item is not stock and you decide to cancel a full refund will be credited to the same form of payment which was use to make the order. Please allow 3-5 business days to show in your account.
