During the holidays, when Stetson hats were basically unavailable throughout the country, I resigned myself that getting one for a Christmas gift was not achievable. I wish I knew their names, but 2 young women put my name down on a list to be called later, and told me it would be months down the road before they expected any Stetson hats to become available. Well, they actually contacted me on 12/29 and let me know the exact hat we needed just came into stock! I was so surprised, and so thrilled that they actually followed through and let me know! They texted me, I immediately put in my order, and the hat is now in my son's possession, who is a sheriff's deputy and he is thrilled to have his 6x Skyliine Fur Felt Cowboy Hat! The Skyline is an icon. It exudes class and confidence. I love how the colour (Chocolate) changes as the harsh Australian sunlight hits it. Even the kangaroos are looking at me differently. Cheers from Down Under
